Woon Khiaozen is a highly experienced professional dressmaker whose life has been deeply rooted in the world of tailoring since childhood. With natural talent, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for craftsmanship, she has become a trusted expert in garment tailoring and alteration, serving clients nationwide.

Her journey began at the age of eight, when she started sewing clothes for dolls and selling them to her classmates. What began as a childhood interest soon evolved into a serious craft. Woon was trained by her mother and veteran artisans from Phahurat Market—renowned for their traditional tailoring techniques, precision, and exceptional workmanship that are increasingly rare today.

After completing her bachelor’s degree, Woon obtained a work permit and gained professional experience overseas. This opportunity allowed her to work closely with high-end designer garments, luxury fashion, and wedding dresses, while mastering international tailoring standards. She developed expertise in fabric selection, premium materials, modern tailoring technologies, and the strict quality control practices of global fashion houses—knowledge that became a cornerstone of her professional growth.

Upon returning to Thailand, Woon applied her international experience to further develop her family business and elevate Mallika ThaiDress into a professionally recognized brand. She seamlessly integrates traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques, using high-quality tools and placing strong emphasis on precision and detail in every garment.

Today, with over 33 years of experience, Woon Khiaozen has tailored and altered tens of thousands of garments. Driven by dedication, refinement, and a deep love for her craft, she firmly believes that every garment holds value and a story—and deserves the highest level of care.
