Why You Should Never Use Tape on a Down Jacket
Adhesive tape leaves sticky residue embedded in the fabric
It damages the jacket’s protective coating
Removing tape may enlarge the tear
Future professional repair becomes more difficult
This is especially true for premium brands like The North Face, where incorrect handling can cause permanent damage.

My appointment was at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, I spoke with another staff member, I'm not sure if she was a housekeeper. When I asked, she said the technician was upstairs and hadn't come down yet. I thought, "Okay, I'll wait a bit and they'll go get him." But I waited and waited, and there was no contact. I messaged and called several times, asking the staff to help follow up, but ultimately, there was no contact whatsoever. By 1:48 PM, I still couldn't reach him; only AI replies were received. Do you even check messages when you're taking customer appointments? The staff member tried to call him, but they seemed hesitant to go up and get him. There was no response from the technician. Was this a waste of time and money?
Excellent service and a great experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and provided detailed recommendations throughout the process. The dresses were beautiful, clean, and available in many styles. They also made adjustments to ensure a perfect fit. I was very impressed with both the quality of the dresses and the outstanding customer service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Woon is experienced and gives great advice. The shop is clean, the service is reasonable, not overly expensive, and the outfit fits perfectly. I look so much better in it! Thank you, Woon! 😊
The shop owner was very kind. We needed a dress urgently, a long jacquard dress needed alterations. We rushed to get it altered at 10 PM, and the tailor kindly did it right away. She was very skilled and professional. The work was meticulous, and after the alterations, she let us try it on again to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
I had my down jacket shortened. Khun Woon did a beautiful and neat job; you can barely tell it was altered. The dry cleaning went perfectly, no down came loose at all. I love it so much! The alteration was a bit pricey, but totally worth it. If anyone needs their winter jacket altered or repaired, I highly recommend this shop. But, but, but... be prepared to allow plenty of time because it takes a very long time to complete. But I guarantee it's worth the wait! Love it!
P'Woon is so lovely! She's accommodating and gives honest advice. She'll do whatever she can and believes will look great. Her work is impeccable and amazing!
P'Wun is the best! She's so talented, she's like a teacher. If I could give her a million points, I'd give her a million. I bought a wedding dress made entirely of lace, but it was too small because I have large hips. I was discouraged and thought about selling it, but I felt like I had hope again. What should I do now? I messaged P'Wun via chat. She looked at the pictures and replied, "Yes, I can do it." That impressed me deeply. I drove from my home on Sai Si Road to see P'Wun in Sai Mai. P'Wun made the dress so quickly. When I saw the actual dress, I could see exactly what needed to be fixed. When I picked it up and tried it on, it was so beautiful. I was so impressed. The workmanship was flawless. P'Wun noticed a small pearl on the dress that had come loose. She sewed it back on. I told her it was fine, because it was so small. But she wouldn't let me return it. She had to be extremely meticulous before I could return it. It's hard to describe. I didn't think I could fix the dress. Today, I made the right decision by choosing this shop. P'Wun gave me such great advice. She was like an elder sister. She taught me how to pose and wear the dress. She was so warm and welcoming. I was so impressed. I wanted to become a monk for her, haha. The only problem was that I had to get married first. Thank you so much. Do come and get it made at this shop. You won't be disappointed, 100%.
Mallika is incredibly kind and supportive. She helps make the dress process fun and exciting and give you exactly what you want. She is professional and has an eye for detail. I am so happy I had Mallika as my tailor, I will use her again!!
