My appointment was at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, I spoke with another staff member, I'm not sure if she was a housekeeper. When I asked, she said the technician was upstairs and hadn't come down yet. I thought, "Okay, I'll wait a bit and they'll go get him." But I waited and waited, and there was no contact. I messaged and called several times, asking the staff to help follow up, but ultimately, there was no contact whatsoever. By 1:48 PM, I still couldn't reach him; only AI replies were received. Do you even check messages when you're taking customer appointments? The staff member tried to call him, but they seemed hesitant to go up and get him. There was no response from the technician. Was this a waste of time and money?

She was very skilled and professional. The work was meticulous, and after the alterations, she let us try it on again to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
I had my down jacket shortened. Khun Woon did a beautiful and neat job; you can barely tell it was altered. The dry cleaning went perfectly, no down came loose at all. I love it so much! The alteration was a bit pricey, but totally worth it. If anyone needs their winter jacket altered or repaired, I highly recommend this shop. But, but, but... be prepared to allow plenty of time because it takes a very long time to complete. But I guarantee it's worth the wait! Love it!

I didn't think I could fix the dress. Today, I made the right decision by choosing this shop. P'Wun gave me such great advice. She was like an elder sister. She taught me how to pose and wear the dress. She was so warm and welcoming. I was so impressed. I wanted to become a monk for her, haha. The only problem was that I had to get married first.
